CatsPurr app for iPhone and iPad

The Kids STEM Science How It Works App series brings a new and exciting scientific learning technique as interactive segue chapters in a digital format with sound and animation.

This series explains simple natural phenomena by topic, for children as they ask the fundamental questions of how things work. The CatsPurr App is an interactive mobile application where the reader can easily scroll through the segue chapters and touch the pictures to activate the sound of a cat purring and animation. A single finger swipe advances each chapter. After reading “How Do Cats Purr?” the reader can take an interactive quiz and be rewarded with a Jr. Scientist 5-Star Award, share your success with your friends, flip through pages with your iPad, iPhone, or IPod Touch.

This series promotes the STEM sciences in an easy interactive format at an early age encouraging creative curious questions with understandable answers. This series has been designed as a grade 2 - 3 educational reader but is fun to read at any age. This app teaches the scientific physics of how cats purr.
